Just when you think you have seen everything in New York

So I'm walking down Broome Street in Little Italy and off in the distance I see these ghostly like things floating across the street. As I get closer I realize it was clothing. It would seem they string a line from the sewing shops down to a truck on the street. I still dont know why I had my camera on me, but as luck would have it I did.
